BarkSmart Dog Training provides personalized, positive, reward-based training for puppies and adult dogs. I focus on helping dogs learn practical skills while teaching owners how to communicate clearly and confidently with their dogs. Services include puppy training, basic obedience, leash and loose-leash walking, socialization, confidence building, focus and impulse control, polite greetings, fear and anxiety support, and mild reactivity. Every dog is an individual, so training plans are tailored to the dog's needs, temperament, learning style, and the goals of their family. Sessions emphasize skills that can be practiced in everyday life, with guidance and at-home exercises to help owners continue their dog's progress between sessions. My goal is not simply to teach commands, but to help families build a positive relationship with their dogs through patience, consistency, understanding, and reward-based training.
