Pam is the founder of Pam’s Pawsitive Training. She has been working with animals for over 35 years including working at her local shelter as a Canine Evaluation Specialist, Volunteer Lead, and Lead Trainer. While working at the shelter she implemented a volunteer-run Behavior Adjustment Training team to rehabilitate animals struggling with various forms of fear, aggression, and other behavior concerns, a volunteer-run Dog Play Group program, and numerous canine-related welfare programs. Most recently Pam was the Executive Director of a nonprofit specializing in rescuing at-risk dogs to be trained as Service and Emotional Support companions for Veteran suffering from PTSD.
